Summary:
This position is responsible for receiving Spirit merchandise samples in the Home Office.
Responsibilities:
Manage, organize and maintain all incoming and outgoing samples.
Keep inventory of merchandise and continue to track all samples both domestic and international.
Responsible for checking in all samples and notify the buying team as they arrive.
Maintain samples within cages based on active items and remove non-active itemsCoordinate the transfer and return of samples between multiple departments.
Process store mail outs as necessary.
Act as back up for Receiving Associate.
Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Processing software.
Strong organizational skillsExcellent communications skillsStrong attention to detailAble to work well with others Able to travel locallyPhysical Demands:
