You will be trained in both case management and recruitment activities, with a focus in recruiting.
We are seeking a professional, caring, and driven individual to join the team in our Atlantic Cape Pediatric office as an Associate. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of work experience, preferably in the social services or healthcare recruiting/staffing environment. This role will include administrative work, while you slowly learn full life cycle recruiting and case management. Specific duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Learn full life cycle recruiting of RNs, LPNs and HHAs
Post jobs, review resumes, conduct interviews
Conduct background & reference checks
Onboard new employees/facilitate new hire orientations
Create and maintain compliant personnel files
Answer client/family inquiries
Schedule/staff home care services
Learn to process new referrals/conduct telephonic intakes
Assist with weekly payroll/time sheet review for field staff
Develop relationships with families, staff, referral sources, and community resources

Bachelor's Degree required
Prior health care, home care, staffing, recruiting or account management experience strongly preferred
Strong interpersonal skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
