Salary:
$120,000 - $150,000 per yearA bit about us:
We're a diverse consulting firm that supports construction, design, and engineering projects in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and life science space.
We help our clients with everything from selecting subcontractors to permitting to project planning to site management to cost control.
Our projects are scattered throughout PA, NJ, and DE.
Our team is comprised of construction experts and innovative architects, and we're adding a Project Manager to keep up with the project load, specifically for our established healthcare clients in/around southern New Jersey.

Current requirement is site visits 2-3 times per week in southern NJ.
Requirements:
5
years' experience managing healthcare construction projects Experience working in an Owner's Rep capacity, either with a consultant or directly with a hospital / healthcare system Architectural or Engineering background, preferred Leadership experience - ability to lead and mentor junior staffDay-to-day:
Work with clients to plan, organize, and execute healthcare construction projects Finalize subcontracts, establish budget, confirm scope, design review, schedule materials/contractors, cost tracking, etc Document control - RFIs, POs, change orders, project tracking, etc.
