The custodian team has the primary responsibility for cleaning the building, removing debris, keeping the area neat and tidy in order to promote health and safety.
Note:
This position requires the ability to pass pre-requisites, a non-THC drug screen, AND a fit-for-duty physical with a minimum lift of 50 lbs.
A valid, current photo ID is required to start employment.

Responsibilities May Include:
Responsible for the direction of housekeeping services in the facility including cafeteria, offices, and restrooms.
Responsible for garbage disposal.
Requests supplies when needed.
Operate floor scrubber/s throughout the facility on a regular schedule and ensure dirt and debris and removed from manufacturing and distribution workspaces as necessary Clean and maintain perimeter of building Clean carpets, upholstered furniture and window treatments Performs other related duties as assigned If that sounds like you.

Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Basic reading and math skills.
Must be able to follow directions.
Exercises independent initiative/judgement in work methods.
Ability to lead by example, respectfully work with a team, and communicate with clarity.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; English speaking and comprehension required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time and perform repetitive motion type tasks regularly.
Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with assistance, and occasionally lift greater than 50 pounds.
Ability to endure heat in a warehouse environment.
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly exposed to vibration, repetitive motion, bending, lifting, twisting, crouching, reaching, pushing and/or pulling.
While performing this position, the employee frequently works near powered forklifts, power tools, and automated assembly machinery.
