Develop machining processes, program CNC Machine Tools, and design fixtures and gaging.
Shall:
Manage large scale machining projects, develop project plans, manage project team activities, and communicate changes and progress.
Develop, prepare, and maintain manufacturing process routings, drawings, and tool sheets.
Create, implement, and troubleshoot CNC programs for new parts on 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining centers.
Confer with customers to clarify or resolve problems in developing designs or processes.
Read, analyze, and interpret blueprints, machine drawings, and, technical procedures.
Design with CAM and CAD software.
Program with MasterCAM and G-Code Improve manufacturing methods for improving production costs, yields, quality, and safety.
Assist all shop floor associates, Quality Engineers, Cell Associates to troubleshoot process problems, driving to root cause and develop corrective actions.
